1. Standard Cancellation Policy
 

• Full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in.

• 50% refund for cancellations 14–29 days before check-in.

• No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in.

2. Peak Season Policy (July–August)
 

• Full refund if cancelled 60+ days before check-in.

• 50% refund if cancelled 30–59 days before check-in.

• No refund within 30 days of arrival.
   

3. Early Departure / No-Show
 

No refunds will be issued for:

• Early departures

• No-shows

• Reduced number of guests after arrival

4. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
 

If government restrictions, natural disasters, or emergencies prevent your stay:

• We may offer a credit for future travel

• Cash refunds are at the discretion of the owners

5. Security Deposit Refund
 

Security deposits are refunded within 7 days of checkout, provided no damages or extra charges apply.
